Insolvency Professionals
While adequately acknowledging the specifications under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, we offer assistance to perform as Interim Resolution Professionals or Resolution Professional for commencing and administering a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (‘CIRP’), and other services related to initiation and implementation of the CIRP. The scope of services of the group extends to operational creditors, financial creditors, corporate debtor, as well as the other stakeholders.
The scope of our assistance in representing a specific Financial Creditor or any Class of Creditors on the Committee of Creditors, encompasses the services mentioned under section 21 (6C) and section 21 (6A) (b) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
As Liquidators, we deliver all services such as preserving and protecting assets of the company, verifying claims of creditors, acquiring custody and control of the assets, executing liquidation for the benefits of all stakeholders, as specified under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process
Our key responsibilities include support in claim verification, valuation of the assets of Corporate Debtor, conducting transactional record analysis and statutory audit, and handling compliances. We commit to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure that all important information is assessed, coordination for litigation is maintained and to ensure that the stakeholders, promoters and directors, and all personnel involved, are acquainted with the inception of the CIRP.
Our experts will carefully examine the resolution plan on IBC compliances, prepare agendas, minutes and information memorandums to be shared for all COC meetings, and manage the entire process for resolution plans, which includes preparation of RFRP, process documents, and evaluation matrix, assessment of the expression of interest, and completion of compliances.

Our partners while conducting themselves as process advisors for liquidation, their key responsibilities include preparing an objective for stakeholders meetings, communicating with stakeholders and conducting stakeholders meetings, verifying claims, appointing respective professionals for valuation of the assets of the corporate debtor, etc. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the Insolvency Professionals and the Stakeholders.
