Prakhyat is a young advocate, with keen interests in Commercial, Civil as well as Constitution laws. He is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Delhi Bar Association.

He has experience in disputes involving Civil, Criminal and Consumer laws. He has represented clients before forums such as the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts and various tribunals such as Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Debt recovery tribunal, and Central Administrative tribunal. He has been actively involved in the formulation of strategies, drafting and filing of Petitions/Appeals before various courts and tribunals.

Shivam Jaiswal is a Commerce and Law graduate from Delhi University. He is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and started his career in 2018 as an advocate. He has experience of working with Advocate on Record (Supreme Court) in the fields of Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Family and environmental laws, and has more than three years of experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.

He specializes in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring and has experience in handling issues relating to Insolvency law, Company law and other allied corporate. He has also written Articles on insolvency law which were published on IBC Laws – Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), Companies Act & SARFAESI, including, provisions of law where banks/financial institutions can recover debt amount without judicial intervention, how the moratorium and overriding effect provisions under the IBC can be assessed to dilute the capacity of the SEBI to recover the penalty amount or to comply with any direction under Section 28A of SEBI Act 1992 from Corporate Debtor, etc.

Trashla Singh is a law graduate from Symbiosis International University, Pune and she is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. She has worked on matters related to Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property Rights, Labour & Employment and other allied laws.

She is well versed with the drafting of corporate and commercial agreements and hold keen interest in exploring insolvency related matter.

Mr. Ganga Jha is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI). Highly detail-oriented individual, eager to contribute towards the building of a strong finance team. Skills of analysing financial data and budget forecasts etc. Competent problem-solver with proven capabilities of working in dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.

He has handled various statutory audit/ tax audit/ internal audit/Stock audit/Bank audit and concurrent audit assignments as a team member as well as team leader. He is also engaged in providing advisory and consultancy services in Direct, Indirect and International taxation. He is actively involved in the insolvency related works including claims verification, due diligence, and evaluation matrix etc.

Mr. Ravi Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate from Delhi University. Ravi has expertise in providing consultancy in the field of Direct, Indirect, RERA, IBC and International taxation. He has handling various statutory audit/ tax audit/ bank audit/ internal audit and concurrent audit assignments. They guide financial plans to the companies and ensure all tax activities are complaint with provincial and federal regulation. He has also provided support services while handling CIRP and liquidation activities of various companies.

• Advocate Swastika Kumari is a qualified lawyer with LLB and LLM degrees from Delhi University. She is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and possesses a wealth of experience in legal consultation and representation. Her client portfolio includes diverse entities such as business establishments and NBFCs. She specializes in guiding corporations through CIRP/liquidations, restructurings, dispute resolutions, and arbitrations. She is a regular presence in various judicial and quasi-judicial forums nationwide, including High Courts, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals such as NCDRC, Labor Court disputes, appeals, writ petitions, defamation cases, and a wide range of civil and criminal cases. Her scope of practice also encompasses matrimonial affairs and the drafting and review of various agreements, including MOUs and lease agreements, with a strong focus on achieving results. Beyond her core practice, she also provides counsel on intellectual property rights, encompassing copyright and trademark filings, as well as cases related to passing off and infringement. She is also well-versed in matters pertaining to The SARFAESI Act, 2002.
